CredenceIO Technologies is committed to the security and privacy of our enterprise users. Our primary diagnostic product, IODiag, is designed as an offline-first, air-gapped utility.

Data Collection & Telemetry The IODiag software executes locally on your hardware. It does not contain telemetry engines, it does not phone home with network topology data, and it does not harvest user analytics. All scan results, MAC address tables, and network maps remain strictly on your local machine.

Licensing Validation The only external network request made by the software is a one-time validation to our licensing server (api.lemonsqueezy.com) during the initial activation of your product key. This request transmits a cryptographic hash of your local hardware ID to bind the node-locked license. No personal identifying information or network diagnostic data is transmitted during this process.
